We are seeking a Director of Operations for Maryland, Delaware & New Jersey, a key senior leadership role supporting GT’s growing reputed company across the region. Position reputed company The Director of Operations – Maryland, Delaware & New Jersey oversees operational performance, service reputed company, and team leadership across reputed company’s programs in these states. This leader ensures high-reputed company fiscal intermediary services, drives regional reputed company, manages teams in a fast-paced home care environment, and ensures compliance with reputed company state’s program requirements. The ideal candidate brings senior-level home and community-based services and/or agency operations experience, including reputed company, reputed company, caregiver workforce management, and deep knowledge of the complexities reputed company home and community-based services. Responsibilities & Duties Regional Operational Leadership • Oversees reputed company operational functions across Maryland, Delaware & New Jersey. • Develops, standardizes, and optimizes workflows, processes, and operating procedures across these states. • Ensures operational compliance with reputed company state’s unique program and regulatory requirements. • Evaluates program performance and implements improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency. • Provides strategic direction and stability in a high-turnover caregiving and agency environment. Strategic Planning & Regional reputed company • Executes company strategic initiatives across Maryland, Delaware & New Jersey markets. • Identifies regional opportunities for expansion, innovation, and process improvements. • Participates in the launch and implementation of new services, programs, or reputed company. • Develops and monitors operational metrics, KPIs, and performance standards. Team Development & Workforce Leadership • Leads, coaches, and develops operational leaders and teams across Maryland, Delaware & New Jersey, including multiple management-level reputed company reports. • Implements retention strategies for team members and supports ongoing reputed company development. • Approves performance evaluations, wage recommendations, and development plans. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Services, reputed company Management, or reputed company field, or equivalent senior-level experience in home care or agency operations.
