Remote BCBA | $80K–$100K+ | Flexible Schedule | Las Vegas-Based

Position Overview: Buzz & Flutter ABA is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, driven, and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Las Vegas team! Responsibilities • Conduct assessments (FBAs, Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans • Provide supervision to RBTs (virtual and/or in-person as needed) • Attend initial assessments/sessions in person when required • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals • Ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance Requirements • Active BCBA certification and compliant with Nevada licensure • Ability to provide services virtually and/or in-home as needed • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with telehealth ABA services preferred • Minimum of 30+ billable hours per week Compensation & Benefits • $80,000 – $100,000+ annually • $5,000 annual incentive raise (up to 3 years) • Create a schedule that works for you & your clients • Benefits after 90 days: • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • CEUs & Professional Development Support Why Join Buzz & Flutter ABA?
