Class Action Attorney - consumer/employment

Their team is dedicated to fighting for justice and protecting the rights of their clients. Job Description: This is a full-time remote position for a Plaintiffs' Class Action Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in class action lawsuits, from initiation through settlement, trial and appeals - from pre-litigation investigation, to legal research, all aspects of litigation, drafting briefs and collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications • Litigation background in class action law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong research skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must • Ability to work independently and remotely (on West Coast time) • CA bar admission required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Application Question(s): • Are you admitted to the CA Bar? • Do you have any class action litigation experience?
