Graphic / Industrial Designer – Product Development Specialist

About Us The Kinetic Arm develops innovative sports performance gear designed to maximize performance and prevent injury. We are a product-driven company combining engineering, protection, and strong brand design. We’re seeking a versatile Graphic / Industrial Designer who can lead both product development execution and brand visual assets. What You’ll DoProduct Development • Design innovative sports products from concept to production • Build detailed tech packs (materials, measurements, construction specs) • Create CAD drawings, renderings, and technical illustrations • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure accurate production • Review prototypes and refine designs • Work with materials including TPU, welded components, and performance textiles Brand & Marketing Design • Create website graphics and digital assets • Design packaging and product labeling • Develop static ads for digital and print marketing • Produce social media graphics • Motion graphics experience is a plus • Experience using AI tools in design workflows is a plus What We’re Looking For • Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field • Proven product development experience • Strong tech pack and materials knowledge • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • CAD experience required • 3D modeling (Rhino, SolidWorks, Blender) is a plus • Understanding of manufacturing processes • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong portfolio showing both product and graphic work What We Offer • Competitive compensation • Flexible schedule • Remote work options • Opportunity to build innovative sports products in a growing company How to Apply Send resume, cover letter, and portfolio to: mike@thekineticarm.com Subject line: Graphic Designer – Product Development Specialist Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Contract Pay: $28.13 - $33.88 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
