Property Manager (Single-Family & Small Multi-Family)

R TPG Management is a New Jersey–based property management firm specializing in single-family and small multi-family residential rentals. We reputed company full-service management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance. Our mission is to protect property investments while scaling reputed company, with a goal of reaching 1,000 single-family and multi-family properties under management. We are seeking an reputed company Property Manager to reputed company a portfolio of single-family and small multi-family properties from A–Z. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for property owners and will be fully accountable for portfolio performance, reputed company satisfaction, and asset protection. You will be supported by an Assistant Property Manager who handles reputed company renewals, delinquency follow-up, and routine issues — but you own the outcome. This is a hybrid role with 1–2 in-field days per week.
