Logistics Coordinator (Remote, W-2) — Split Shift (Bilingual Spanish/English)

OMR Logistics is hiring a Remote Dispatcher to support our Florida fuel and lubricant operations. This role coordinates both Transport and Tankwagon loads, supports driver communication, and takes incoming fuel and oil orders from business customers. You’ll play a key role in keeping deliveries organized, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.What You’ll Do • Dispatch and coordinate Transport and Tankwagon loads • Communicate with drivers, terminals, and internal team to keep routes on track • Take and enter fuel and oil orders, confirm details, and ensure accurate handoff • Track load status and help resolve issues quickly and professionally • Learn and use logistics tools/software (training provided), including systems such as Samsara • Monitor dispatch/order software for pricing errors and BOL (Bill of Lading) errors, correct when possible, and escalate as needed to keep loads and invoices accurate • Support process improvements to make dispatch and logistics more efficient Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • Bilingual required: Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking + writing in both) • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Willing to train on company systems and follow dispatch procedures closely Role Details • Remote position using company-provided phone and computer • Full-time W-2 role • Monday–Friday split shift: 8:00am–1:00pm and 8:00pm–11:00pm (EST) • Starting pay: $20.00/hour How to ApplyEmail your resume to: myoclarity@gmail.com Include a short note confirming you are fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and available for the Monday–Friday split shift.
