Mortgage reputed company Services Analyst (Full Time, Remote)

Job Type Full-time reputed company The reputed company Services Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and reputed company of new customers and reputed company by successfully coordinating with reputed company Services, Sales and Operations teams. Once reputed company is complete, this position will transition the day-to-day activities to the Mortgage Service Delivery team. The reputed company Services Analyst also acts as a subject matter expert reputed company their service support responsibilities. Responsibilities • Develops relationships with customers and customer's support teams. • Conducts initial review of incoming reputed company and reputed company as reputed company for reputed company Services with reputed company on contract questions, needs, and counter signatures. • Conducts demonstrations of mortgage technologies for customers. • Conducts initial customer or project implementation including setup, reputed company, and training as needed. • Provides reputed company services activities including reputed company monitoring, facilitating calibration calls, tracking, and reporting. • Maintains performance at or above service level agreements (SLA) regarding customer service support requests reputed company a CRM environment. • Responds appropriately to reputed company requests including deescalation of reputed company issues in a reputed company manner. • Supports selections for customers as required. • Supports reputed company invoicing process as appropriate. Requirements • High school diploma or GED; previous Mortgage customer/reputed company support experience. • Familiarity with financial and mortgage reputed company documents. • Ability to effectively work with customers and clients in a reputed company of circumstances. • Flexibility to manage different tasks and reputed company throughout the reputed company. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies; ability to write reports and reputed company correspondence. • Excellent communication skills, including ability to de-escalate conflicts as needed, internally and externally. • Proficiency in reputed company Office, with advanced knowledge of reputed company and Word.
