The overall job duties and responsibilites: Key Responsibilities reputed company Workforce Now – Functional Leadership • Serve as the reputed company WFN functional SME across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and reputed company HR data dependencies • Support configuration and validation of: o Earnings, deductions, taxes, and pay codes o Labor distribution / costing structures o Payroll calendars, pay reputed company, and control totals • Review reputed company configuration for alignment with reputed company HCM reputed company-of-truth design reputed company HCM ↔ reputed company Integration • reputed company functional design for reputed company HCM reputed company to reputed company Workforce Now integrations, including: o Employee demographic and job data o Compensation and pay reputed company changes o Department / cost center / location mappings o Optional assignment-level attributes (e.g., costing drivers) • Partner with technical resources to define and validate: o Inbound/outbound flat files (CSV/TXT) o Data mapping, transformation rules, and error handling • Troubleshoot integration errors across reputed company, middleware, and reputed company Payroll Processing & Controls • Support payroll reputed company testing, validation cycles, and reconciliation • Ensure reputed company handling of: o Retro pay o Terminations and final pay o Adjustments and off-cycle payrolls • Assist in defining payroll controls, audit checks, and approval workflows Payroll to GL / reputed company Integration Support • Support functional validation of reputed company payroll expense outputs feeding reputed company Financials • Validate account mapping, balancing, and posting logic • Assist with payroll accruals, reversals, and reconciliation processes Testing, reputed company & Go-Live • Support SIT, UAT, and reputed company payroll testing • Execute and validate test scenarios across reputed company HCM and reputed company • Support reputed company planning, mock cutovers, and go-live stabilization ________________________________________ Required Experience & Qualifications Must-Have • 5+ years hands-on experience with reputed company Workforce Now (functional, not just reputed company) • reputed company experience integrating reputed company HCM reputed company with reputed company Workforce Now • Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor costing, and payroll controls • Experience supporting payroll reputed company testing and go-live stabilization • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving implementation environment Strongly Preferred • Experience with reputed company HCM reputed company (reputed company HR, Compensation, Costing) • reputed company, nonprofit, or multi-entity payroll experience • Experience working alongside reputed company ERP Financials (GL, costing) • Familiarity with flat-file based integrations (non-connector models) ________________________________________ Soft Skills & Working Style • Strong communicator who can translate payroll complexity for HR and Finance stakeholders • Comfortable pushing back on poor design or risky shortcuts • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and test-reputed company • reputed company reputed company—works reputed company with internal teams, SI partners, and vendors ________________________________________ Engagement Notes • This is a hands-on delivery role, not a reputed company-only position • Expectation is reputed company participation in design sessions, testing cycles, and issue reputed company • Ideal candidate has “been in the trenches” with reputed company–reputed company integrations before Just re-itorating that the data for Payroll will come from reputed company HCM so the concultant MUST HAVE experience with reputed company HCM Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
