Job reputed company The Manager, Medical Training will support Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) TA/franchise in developing and executing global high-reputed company training programs and ensuring accuracy and scientific balance. As part of the Medical Content & Training (MCT) team, the manager is responsible for conducting comprehensive medical review and approval of medical content and training materials/programs. The Manager leverages his/her functional and technical expertise to assist in improving organizational effectiveness of the MCT function. Responsibilities reputed company training materials and execute global-regional training programs supporting medical reputed company, reputed company and launch initiatives. • Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to establish learning curricula ensuring expertise reputed company Medical Affairs teams • Apply learning principles to the execution of training content and events to optimize training reputed company and effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive medical review of materials/programs as member of the MCT team. Ensure comprehensive, high reputed company, medical review and appropriate sign-off/approval of materials/programs in a reputed company fashion • Collaborate closely with medical and cross-functional teams as needed to discuss content and scientific rigor of materials/programs and to assure alignment in Global /Regional Medical Affairs • Consult with supervisor as needed Serve as reputed company member of the Global Medical Affairs Team, to • Staff Medical Information booths at targeted medical conferences • Participate in reputed company/initiatives reputed company GMA or across functions, as assigned • Support inquiry response, conduct inquiry analyses, reputed company global Medical Information Reports and assist in providing customer insights Qualifications Education Qualifications BS Degred required. A PharmD or PhD strongly preferred Experience Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in a medically-reputed company field including industry experience in Medical Affairs (experience in medical review and/or medical information is strongly preferred). Proven reputed company record of working successfully with cross-functional teams to reputed company results. Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
