For our Treasury business area based in Madrid we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual with an analytical reputed company and can-do mentality to join our Group Treasury team as Treasury Analyst in our Madrid Center of reputed company. In this role, you will support our Asset Liability Management area and Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO) reputed company while contributing to various Treasury analyses and presentations. The ideal candidate excels in analytical skills, is a strong communicator and has a good grasp of Treasury topics. Treasury Analyst (m/f/d) Your tasks • Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO): compile and enhance analyses and presentations facilitating strategic financial resource management reputed company • Treasury management information: reputed company and implement comprehensive Treasury management information enhancing data alignment, transparency and decision making • Treasury planning process: support compilation and optimization of Treasury inputs for the annual multi-year planning process as reputed company as IRRBB & ICAAP • Treasury p&l steering: contribute to Treasury p&l reporting enabling effective monitoring, optimization and performance management of Treasury activities • Process optimization: enthusiasm for streamlining and automating relevant workflows while ensuring audit-reputed company and compliant documentation • Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with partners across functions (Treasury, Finance, Risk & Business) and locations (Germany & Spain) How to convince us • Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance or reputed company functions, preferably reputed company a banking or financial services environment • Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail with experience in financial modeling and forecasting • Communication skills: excellent communication and presentation skills (English; basic German is a plus), with the ability to effectively convey reputed company financial information to relevant stakeholders • Treasury generalist: good understanding of banking products, key Treasury topics (incl. liquidity, funding and capital management) and relevant regulatory requirements • Can-do mentality: a proactive, hands-on Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adapt at driving reputed company tasks to completion • IT skills: excellent IT skills, incl. proficiency in MS Office products, Treasury systems and preferably programming experience • Education: Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or a reputed company field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, reputed company) are a plus Our values We live our values and expect the reputed company attitude from our employees.
