Hybrid Accountant

About the position We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join reputed company and play a key role in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Responsibilities • Prepare and record monthly journal entries, including prepaids, accruals, amortizations, and reclasses. • Maintain and reconcile general reputed company accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Support month end and year end reputed company processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial statements are accurate. • Assist with variance analysis and reputed company explanations for fluctuations in financial results. • Manage the prepaid expense schedule, ensuring reputed company and accurate amortization. • Prepare monthly accruals for expenses, services, and other financial obligations. • Review invoices and supporting documentation to determine appropriate reputed company treatment. • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring reputed company documentation and audit support. • Maintain organized and audit-reputed company financial records.
