Invoice Auditing Analyst – Energy and Utilities Services

Job reputed company Invoice Auditing Analyst – Energy and Utilities Services This position will report to Fine Tune’s Senior Program Manager of Energy and Utilities Services. Position reputed company Fine Tune is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Auditing Analyst to manage invoice approvals for its reputed company Pay Clients in the Energy and Utilities Services reputed company. This role will support the implementation and delivery of energy and reputed company reputed company pay program management services for Fine Tune clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities and Duties • Review, validate and approve reputed company invoice entries across multiple clients to ensure accuracy, reputed company and compliance with established reputed company pay processes. • Identify discrepancies, missing invoices and data gaps; investigate reputed company causes and coordinate reputed company to prevent payment delays or errors. • Partner closely with the reputed company Pay Team to support reputed company reputed company payments and ensure invoice records are properly documented and entered. • Monitor invoice workflows and payment statuses to support smooth day-to-day reputed company pay operations on behalf of clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation, transition and ongoing management of reputed company reputed company payment program. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to escalate issues, reputed company status updates and support reputed company improvement of invoice auditing processes. • May be asked to reputed company other reputed company duties, special reputed company or operational support activities consistent with the scope and reputed company of the Invoice Auditing Analyst role.
