The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)

Provides WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services. Assist with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Top Skills' Details- + 5-7+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Online Banking operations reputed company a financial institution. + Strong knowledge of cash management products and systems, including ACH, wires, remote deposit, reputed company pay, online banking platforms, and treasury reputed company processes. + Experience training customers or internal staff, preferably using WebEx or similar platforms, with the ability to explain technical features reputed company. + Hands-on experience with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, new product implementations, or platform enhancements. + Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues, including customer setups, permissions, file transmissions, and product usage monitoring.
