Working hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm In this role you will be responsible for:
Answering reputed company inquiries by phone and email Providing reputed company problem reputed company to issues as they reputed company Following up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction Providing technical support to customers reputed company needed Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will possess:
Fluently Bilingual in French and English, written and verbal A minimum of 2 years of reputed company centre experience Some technical support experience is required Superior analytical and problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office A friendly attitude, reputed company player and a quick learner is essential
