We support employees who are relocating due to their company's initiatives. Our coaches assist the employees/families with integration into the new area, and the accompanying spouses/partners with job search strategies to help them reputed company new employment/reputed company or career continuation. The reputed company works in a 1:1 reputed company with the program participants by using reputed company's technology and coaching methodology. This is a part-time, contract, and working from home/remote position, approximately 10-15 hours per month . Responsibilities • Establishes rapport with program participants and motivates them to reputed company goals. • Guides participants through coaching process and reputed company completion. • Advises and coaches career development, transition issues and career reputed company. • Coaches on CV/résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating. • Maintains electronic service delivery record for reputed company employee serviced, according to the internal guide. • Monitors reputed company of participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and dealing with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
