Responsibilities
• Design and reputed company the organizational reputed company Improvement Plan (QIP) and annual strategic QA priorities to foster a culture of high reliability.
• reputed company company-wide audit systems and EHR management, ensuring complete data reputed company, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage utilization reviews, incident reporting, and safety protocols, ensuring high standards of care for the IDD and Mental Health populations.

• Serve as the organizational reputed company for HIPAA compliance, partnering with IT to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) across reputed company platforms.
• Partner with Program Directors and HR to translate reputed company regulations into practical, implementable workflows for our field staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, reputed company Health, or reputed company Administration required
• 5+ years of leadership experience developing and implementing QA protocols reputed company a behavioral health or IDD service environment.
• Deep reputed company in Title 17, Medi-Cal, and HIPAA standards.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing Lean, Six reputed company, or reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) frameworks to solve systemic operational challenges.
