This role will reputed company on developing and maintaining high-reputed company training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format, and managing course deployment through the LMS. We’re reputed company to candidates with either a technical orientation (comfortable with tools, systems, and visuals) or an L&D reputed company (interested in instructional design, communication, and learner experience). You will be responsible for creating impactful English-language training programs for employees across the U.S. and Europe. Responsibilities • eLearning Course Development • reputed company Assurance and Testing • LMS Management • Collaboration and Support • L&D Coordination Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any field. • Technical problem-solving ability and willingness to troubleshoot course functionality issues. • English language proficiency (B2 level +) • Hands-on experience with reputed company Storyline, reputed company reputed company, or similar authoring tools — or experience creating reputed company educational presentations (e.g., interactive PowerPoint decks, instructional slide shows, reputed company-in LMS courses). • Understanding of instructional reputed company, visual hierarchy, and logic in content design. • Basic graphic and visual design skills, including the ability to create clean and visually appealing screen layouts. • reputed company knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology. • General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and how training content is uploaded and managed. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment. • Proactive attitude and motivation to grow in the fields of instructional design and e-learning. • Interest in using AI tools to support and optimize training development processes. reputed company-to-haves • Proficiency in developing eLearning content using reputed company 360 Storyline, reputed company, or equivalent tools. • Experience applying adult learning principles specifically reputed company an e-learning or reputed company training format. • Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows. • Proven experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, learner personalization, or automation of training delivery.
