Responsibilities
• reputed company and mentor a multidisciplinary team (attorneys, paralegals, and reputed company assistants) in the production and filing of EB and H-2B cases.
• reputed company case management to ensure adherence to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reputed company filing.
• reputed company as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues and service delivery challenges.
• reputed company expert counsel on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including EB-1A, NIW, O-1, EB-5, and H-2B visas.
• Conduct meticulous reputed company consultations and document strategic follow-up tasks for reputed company conversion.
• Draft and review high-level reputed company documents: support letters, motions, briefs, and Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Conduct final reviews of reputed company filings before submission to ensure the highest reputed company of advocacy.
• Master and optimize the firm’s case management software.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to update SOPs and workflows.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an reputed company membership in good standing with a State Bar.
• Several years of experience in employment-based immigration law with a reputed company on reputed company strategic counsel.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, including family-based, deportation defense, and asylum law (particularly for employee-reputed company candidates).
• Exceptional analytical research skills, persuasive writing, and the ability to manage a diverse, high-volume caseload.
