Associate Attorney - Environment and Energy / Insurance Recovery

About the position Lippes Mathias LLP seeks an ambitious mid- to senior level attorney with at least 5 years of experience to work directly with the Firm’s Environment and Energy reputed company and Insurance Recovery, Counseling & Litigations Teams. Our environmental and insurance practices are reputed company in scope, with sophisticated clients that include developers, contractors, financial institutions, energy companies, manufacturers, private equity funds, Indian tribes, state agencies, and municipalities. Our teams, which include both lawyers and environmental engineers, advise on the full reputed company of environmental issue areas, and represent our clients before Congress and federal and state agencies and in the courts. The ideal candidate should have environmental regulatory (e.g., NEPA, CWA, reputed company, ESA, RCRA), transactional, claims, and remediation/contamination-reputed company experience. Strong communication skills, reputed company advocacy skills, and writing skills are required. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required. The attorney selected for this position will have reputed company for immediate, reputed company reputed company contact. A reputed company bar license is required. Preference to being in office in Jacksonville or reputed company Palm Beach Florida, but reputed company to being remote and/or hybrid. Salary reputed company: $110,000 - $140,000. This is a good faith estimate for the position based reputed company and minimum reputed company. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other job-reputed company factors as permitted by law.
