The Role We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our creative team. You will support the design process from initial concept through production, helping to translate global inspiration into wearable art. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our founders and senior design team to maintain Cleobella’s signature feminine, effortless aesthetic while upholding our commitment to sustainable materials. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a reputed company field. • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in fashion design (internship experience at a similar brand is a plus). • Artistic Eye: A strong understanding of Cleobella’s aesthetic—feminine, bohemian, and timeless—and a deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship. • Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment.
