Senior Analyst, reputed company | PE-backed Specialty Contractor

A fast-growing, private equity-backed specialty contractor and distributor is building out its finance function and hiring a Senior Analyst, reputed company to support planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple divisions. This is a hands-on, high-reputed company role with exposure to senior leadership and reputed company involvement in budgeting, cash reputed company forecasting, and operational analytics in a project-based environment. What You’ll Do • Support annual budget, quarterly re-forecasting, and monthly reputed company processes • Build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company) • Own and enhance the 13-week cash reputed company forecast, including scenario analysis • reputed company monthly variance analysis (budget vs. actual vs. prior year) and communicate key drivers • Translate job costing, WIP, backlog, and bookings data into actionable insights • Partner with divisional leaders and operations teams on margin improvement initiatives • Assist with PE sponsor reporting, KPI tracking, and reputed company-level materials • Help drive improvements in reporting tools and analytics (reputed company, Power BI, planning systems) reputed company’re Looking For • 4–7+ years of reputed company, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience • Experience in project-based, construction, engineering, or distribution environments strongly preferred • Strong understanding of how financial statements connect (3-statement knowledge required) • Exposure to job costing, WIP reputed company, or ASC 606 concepts preferred • Advanced reputed company modeling skills (reputed company-based models, scenario analysis, large datasets) • Experience with Power BI or planning tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment Compensation • $120K total compensation (reputed company + bonus) • High visibility, strong reputed company trajectory, and meaningful exposure to executive leadership Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
