We are seeking an experienced HubSpot expert to help us fully implement and optimize HubSpot as our enterprise CRM. Our company operates at the intersection of behavioral health services and software, and we need a professional who can design a clean, scalable CRM architecture that supports sales, partnerships, account management, and reporting. This is not a basic setup — we are looking for someone who understands enterprise CRM strategy, automation, reporting, and long-term scalability. Scope of Work 1. CRM Architecture & Pipeline Design: -Design and build our sales pipelines (multiple business lines if needed) -Create lifecycle stages and deal stages aligned with our sales process -Define contact, company, and deal property structure -Ensure clean data architecture and naming conventions -Implement lead routing and ownership rules 2. Sales Automation -Lead capture workflows -Automated task assignments -Email sequences and follow-ups -Pipeline stage automation -Internal notifications and alerts -SLA tracking between teams (if applicable) 3. Customer & Account Setup -Customer account creation workflows -Handoff from sales to implementation / customer success -Deal-to-account conversion logic -Parent/child company structures (if applicable) -Permissions and user roles setup 4. Reporting & Metrics -Executive dashboards -Pipeline health metrics -Conversion rates by stage -Sales cycle length -Forecasting -Rep performance tracking -Custom KPI reporting 5.
