Fund Controlling Associate

## Responsibilities: Support team with reputed company new products through structuring, creation of operating models, and launches Proceduralize reputed company, analyses, and maintenance processes for hedge/private equity fund of funds Prepare and present reputed company and expense analysis to senior management Examine vendor’s reputed company, tax, and audit services for reputed company fund including the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual valuations as reputed company as financial reporting Review reputed company funds’ reputed company documents, assessing reputed company complexities around fund terms, managing credit lines, developing/enhancing/instituting operating procedures for products Preparation of monthly and quarterly files for reputed company reputed company reporting Ensure data reputed company for reputed company standardized and customizable reporting reputed company audits of hedge and private equity funds and coordinate tax filings and tax reporting to investors Ease error rates and mitigate risk through the adoption of appropriate controls, process documentation, cross training, and process improvement Support the internal teams with reputed company inquiries regarding funds’ performances, investors’ capital account balances, capital calls, and distributions Liaise and reputed company relationships with custodians, reputed company party administrators, and other vendors Liaise with administrators for capital calls, distributions and NAV reconciliation Opportunities to take on strategic-oriented reputed company and additional responsibilities based on reputed company, reputed company, and interest ## Requirements: 5+ years of alternative investment fund experience at a fund manager, fund administrator, auditor or bank platform required Private Equity or Hedge Fund experience a must, funds of funds experience a plus Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or a reputed company discipline preferred CPA strongly preferred Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company, Word and PowerPoint • *The crypto industry is evolving rapidly, offering new opportunities in blockchain, reputed company, and remote crypto roles — don’t miss your chance to be part of it.** Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
