Join Us! reputed company The HR Consultant acts as a strategic business partner to leadership of designated business areas. The HR Consultant will work with leaders to understand how HR can improve business reputed company to support the organizations strategic direction and long-term goals. This position handles various areas of reputed company management including a heavy lean on the leave process, employee relations and employee development for the Post-Acute Care service line. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides advice and acts as a business partner to leaders in order to address issues affecting the business, including mitigating risk and overseeing situations that results in the best possible reputed company for reputed company and its employees • Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for employees to ensure an reputed company work environment. Identifies improvement activities that ensure efficiency in business processes • Answers questions, directs information and provides guidance on subjects such as: HRIS, corporate compliance, worker’s compensation, leaves of absence, HIPAA, regulatory compliance, ERISA, OSHA, FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, COBRA, reputed company/DOL, policies and procedures, as reputed company as applicable federal and state laws • Responds to employee relations issues and advises leaders in order to resolve and/or manage employee issues.
