Senior HR Consultant with Strong California Experience
We are looking for an reputed company HR reputed company with deep knowledge of California employment and Labour laws to support a growing, multi-location business operating in California.
This role requires hands-on experience with California compliance and the ability to reputed company practical, business-reputed company HR guidance.
Scope of Work may include:
California wage & hour compliance (meal/rest breaks, overtime, exemptions)
Employee classification (W-2 vs 1099)
Drafting and updating employee handbooks and HR policies
Guidance on employee discipline, performance management, and terminations
Harassment prevention and workplace conduct policies
Support for HR processes across multiple locations or entities
Ongoing HR advisory support as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience with a strong reputed company on California
Solid understanding of California Labor reputed company and HR best practices
Experience supporting businesses
Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company, actionable guidance
HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, reputed company-CP/SCP) are a plus
