In this role, you will design and implement customized Workday solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. Your expertise will lead the system development lifecycle, ensure best practices are followed, and provide technical guidance throughout the project. Your strategic input will shape the architecture and functionality of Workday systems, serving as a vital resource for project teams. Responsibilities • Understand client business processes and requirements to design a tailored Workday solution. • Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture including module selection, data mapping, and integrations. • Configure Workday system settings, workflows, and security roles to match client specifications. • Guide clients through project phases like discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Provide expert advice on Workday features, functionalities, and best practices. • Create training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project expectations. • Identify areas for improvement within Workday implementations and propose solutions. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations. • Experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll). • Strong background in system design, configuration, and implementation. • Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques. • Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven project management abilities. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
