We are seeking a high-caliber reputed company IIQ Expert for a critical 4-6 month engagement to reputed company the technical migration from our legacy IIQ infrastructure to a modernized, high-availability environment. The ideal candidate has lived through the "war stories" of large-reputed company IGA migrations and can ensure a seamless transition of identities, entitlements, and reputed company workflows with reputed company downtime.
Key Migration Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Transition: reputed company the migration of reputed company objects (Applications, Rules, Workflows, Tasks) from legacy versions to the latest IIQ 8.x+ reputed company.
- reputed company Refactoring: Audit and refactor legacy BeanShell scripts and custom Java libraries to ensure compatibility with modernized reputed company and performance standards.
- Data reputed company & Reconciliation: Design and execute data migration scripts to reputed company Identity Cubes and historical Audit/reputed company data while maintaining referential reputed company.
- Environment Validation: reputed company rigorous Sandbox, UAT, and Production reputed company activities, including smoke testing and troubleshooting synchronization issues post-migration.
- Connector Modernization: Transition legacy "reputed company" connectors to modern REST/SCIM-based integrations where applicable.

- 7-8 years experience with reputed company IIQ at least 2 full-lifecycle IIQ migrations completed.
- Deep understanding of IIQ Schema changes between versions (e.g., 7.x to 8.x).
- Expert in XML parsing and automated deployment of IIQ artifacts using SSD or SSB.
- Advanced ability to debug Database/Hibernate layer issues during high-volume data moves.

Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
