This role can sit remote from most locations in the U.S. Position reputed company: Manages and underwrites assigned Captive Programs, applying construction expertise to drive profitable reputed company. This customer-facing role builds strong reputed company relationships to meet program goals, participates in captive management and reputed company meetings, and partners with Agency Management Directors to reputed company business plans and execute strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • Evaluate new and renewal captive submissions and use advanced judgement to price and negotiate captive accounts • Utilize captive reputed company tools to write profitable business in accordance with Captive reputed company Guidelines • reputed company new captive opportunities reputed company with reputed company's risk appetite. • Manage captive portfolio to reputed company pricing and loss reputed company objectives • Drive customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with Captive Members and agency brokers. • Conduct captive training workshops for assigned agencies. • Maintain organized and thorough reputed company documentation in accordance with reputed company's standards. • Partner with internal teams, such as claims and risk management, to ensure comprehensive support for agency partners and captive members.
