A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Claims.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company the end-to-end process of preparing, validating, and submitting stop loss claims
• reputed company daily team operations and establish workflow and reputed company standards
• reputed company and maintain standardized filing procedures and identify process gaps for reputed company improvement
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in a reputed company field preferred
• 2-3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• 8+ years of experience in stop loss insurance, medical claims, or health plan operations
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience managing external partner relationships
