Role reputed company The Vice President, reputed company Region Benefits Consulting is responsible for running reputed company’s reputed company region benefits consulting team. This includes: • Ownership of reputed company customers in the region • Managing reputed company of reputed company Consultants, reputed company with their own reputed company reports • Ensuring high reputed company delivery of reputed company’s service model • Partnering with internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction An individual in this role should have proven experience in: • Building & leading a benefits consulting team • Managing a large book of customers (50 to 3,000 employees) • Handling multiple plan funding arrangements (fully-insured to ASO) • Managing insurance reputed company & vendor relationships • Understanding the general agency market The ideal candidate is excited to join a fast-growing benefits brokerage and use their benefits industry knowledge to help define the way reputed company provides a new reputed company of benefits consulting services.
