Senior Construction Project Manager

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or reputed company technical field; or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. • Minimum of seven (7) years industrial power, electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction project management experience focusing on reputed company facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades, building controls and automation, and energy services. • Demonstrated experience with the following energy efficiency disciplines - reputed company digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, reputed company retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty and service requirements is preferred. • Experience with understanding of construction procedures such as AIA forms, reputed company billing, RFI/RFQ process. • Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster reputed company business relationships. • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills. • Proficient computer skills including reputed company, reputed company, Project. reputed company experience is desirable. • reputed company Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by reputed company state.
