Job reputed company: • reputed company reputed company aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project • Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, reputed company relationships and delivering a reputed company, reputed company outcome • Maintain a reputed company and secure work environment through reputed company participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool reputed company talks and conducting site walks • Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for reputed company project scope to ensure reputed company and project requirements are met • Manage the Project Budget and execute the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement • Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a reputed company manner to support the project schedule milestones • Ensure accurate, reputed company and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing reputed company information from the Job Management and reputed company Platforms • Ensure the implementation of the Project Specific reputed company Assurance Plan, including reputed company documentation to the reputed company and reputed company Subcontractors / Vendors Requirements: • 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience • 8+ years of experience • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships • Influences reputed company by being reputed company and maintaining reputed company on safety, financial performance and reputed company expectations • Ability to multitask and willing to reputed company additional duties as necessary.
