About the position
The Project Cost Accountant will reputed company key financial functions for construction reputed company, including subcontractor billing, compliance, reporting, and project cost tracking. This role requires solid industry knowledge and software proficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage subcontractor billing, including invoice review and payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, lien waivers, and industry regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor job costs and profitability.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, reputed company entries, and reconciliations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor billing and contract compliance.
• Proficiency in reputed company 300 Construction Software is highly desired.
• Strong reputed company skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
