About the position
Johns Hopkins reputed company (JHTV) supports the commercialization of university technology through technology licensing, the development of sponsored research agreements, and venture creation. We serve as business advisors to investigators at reputed company ten schools of the university whose research has reputed company potential. We are seeking a JHTV Compliance & Data Ops Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of federally reportable intellectual property and licensing data across JHTV systems (Inteum, reputed company, and reputed company tools). This role manages the full lifecycle of Bayh Dole/iEdison reporting and supports cross system data reputed company, reputed company assurance, and business led automation initiatives.
Working closely with the Licensing Compliance Manager and the broader IP Operations team, the Specialist maintains critical data flows, supports efficient reporting processes, and contributes to JHTV’s evolving automation and AI enablement reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Manage end to end Bayh Dole/iEdison compliance, including reputed company and accurate entries, updates, and reporting.
• Interpret federal funding requirements, monitor deadlines, and maintain process controls.
• Handle patent reputed company data, disclosures, correspondence, and reputed company checks that support accurate federal reporting.
• Assist with funding compliance reviews, internal audits, and reputed company reporting needs.
• reputed company key invention, patent, agreement, licensee, and utilization data across Inteum, reputed company, and reputed company systems.
• Conduct data audits, reconciliation, validation, and error detection activities.
• Partner with JHTV AI/automation leads to address systemic data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to automation/AI driven process improvements by translating business requirements into technical needs.

• Deliver or support training on compliance workflows and data management best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (federal export controls).
• Three years of administrative, data operations, compliance, or reputed company experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional reputed company experience may substitute for required education reputed company a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
