[Remote] Endpoint Security Products - Testing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Agent Test Automation Engineer specializing in Endpoint Security Products. The role focuses on testing endpoint security products and ensuring high-quality standards through validation testing and automated tests. Responsibilities • The key to this role is testing endpoint security products • Quality assurance practices ensuring code maintains a high-quality standard • You will design and implement to validation testing of new product features and bug fixes • You will document and develop automated tests • Ability to develop in python using pytest understanding rest api and gRPC framework • Troubleshoot windows application debuggors system profilers and process monitors Skills • Ability to develop in Python using the Pytest framework • Test design creativity • Understanding and experience with communications channels such as RESTful API and gRPC • Ability to troubleshoot Windows applications using tools such as debuggers, system profilers, and process monitors • Knowledge and experience using virtualization tools such as VMWare • Familiarity with SQL • Experience testing Windows endpoint agent applications • Experience testing Linux endpoint agent applications • Good written and verbal communication with an ability to write technical documentation • Fast-paced startup, past work experience • Past work experience in testing and delivering an enterprise-level security product • Experience with macOS virtualization and testing • Knowledge of the Windows Security Model • Knowledge of the Linux Security Model • Knowledge of the MacOS Security Model • Knowledge of additional languages: Rust, C++ • Experience with Windows performance testing and benchmarking • Familiarity with the AWS Cloud • Background using GitHub for CI/CD purposes Benefits • Bonus Target: 10% • Pre IPO stocks Company Overview • With over 39 years of experience, Request Technology, LLC, formerly Quest Enterprises, Inc., is an established entrepreneurial executive search firm that specializes in recruiting Information Technology professionals for organizations throughout the United States.
