About the position A growing private duty home care organization in the Clermont, FL area is seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company day-to-day operations, support caregivers and office staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery for clients and families. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and plays a central part in maintaining reputed company, compliance, and operational efficiency across the business.
