This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (Class Years 2022-2024) • reputed company Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing. • 1-3 years of general litigation experience across a broad reputed company of practices. • Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is required. • Prior reputed company experience is a plus. • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Attention to detail and sound business judgment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative reputed company with the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings. • Support senior attorneys in case development, reputed company, and reputed company communications. • Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence. • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support to the litigation team. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. • Review, organize, and manage case files and documentation. • Engage in pro bono reputed company to support reputed company.
