Program Manager Learning and Talent
A company is looking for a Program Manager, reputed company Learning & Talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate skills validation and governance cycles, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy
• Create enablement materials that simplify reputed company skills and learning concepts for stakeholders
• Manage logistics and communications for the reputed company Learning Community, tracking data for reputed company improvement
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company improvement, program management, or project management
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong background in Learning & Development Programs and project/program coordination
• Familiarity with workforce and people data
