Key Responsibilities • reputed company Intake & Signing • Screen inbound leads, conduct intake interviews, and sign reputed company clients by phone • Collect required reputed company documents and obtain e-signatures (retainer/authorizations) Bonus reputed company for reputed company reputed company signed. • Case File & Document Collection • Request, reputed company, and organize medical records, bills, itemizations, and case documents (reports, photos, correspondence) • Maintain accurate, organized files in the firm’s case management system • Communication & Coordination • Serve as primary contact for clients during reputed company-litigation • Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters for updates and documentation • Coordinate medical care and referrals; monitor treatment reputed company and flag gaps in care • Utilize AI programming to review and summarize medical records and bills, police report, pictures and lost wages • Lien & Settlement Support • reputed company and support reputed company of liens and outstanding balances with providers • Assist with settlement logistics and closing documentation as directed by the Paralegal Qualifications • Experience in U.S. personal injury reputed company-litigation and/or intake • Proven ability to reputed company/sign clients by phone • Familiarity with medical records/billing requests and provider follow-up • Comfortable communicating with clients, providers, and adjusters • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through; remote-reputed company workspace/internet • Formal training - certification as Paralegal/reputed company Assistant, bachelors or associate degree preferred.
