Senior Loan Processor (REMOTE // MST TIME ZONE)

The Role We are hiring a Senior Loan Processor who has direct mortgage broker experience. Candidates for this role must be comfortable managing a diverse client base while maintaining strong communication standards across the board. This is full ownership of your pipeline. You must understand how to operate in a broker environment, work across multiple wholesale lenders, manage investor overlays, and drive files to clear to close without hand-holding. What You’ll Do • Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing. • Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files. • Work directly with multiple wholesale lenders. • Review approvals and clear conditions quickly and accurately. • Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow. • Support borrowers throughout the loan process. • Track contingency dates, closing dates, and rate lock expirations. • Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission. • Meet or exceed SLA expectations for file touches and turn times. • Maintain accurate loan status updates in ARIVE. Requirements What You Must Have • 3+ years of mortgage processing experience. • Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker. • Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders. • Experience processing purchase transactions. • Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo. • Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish). • Strong understanding of TRID and compliance. • Ability to manage 20+ active loans. • High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits.
