Sr Sourcer - (Virtual EST/CST) - RPO Consultant

About the position The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company’ clients. This involves creating and implementing reputed company sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple reputed company and tools for reputed company reputed company of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company’ clients. This starts out as a 6-month W2 contract, virtual role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple recruiters, sourcing for a reputed company of corporate roles in the manufacturing industry and have the ability to reputed company to their strategic sourcing strategies.
