Medical Editor, Global Scientific Publications
The Medical Editor, Global Scientific Publications, is responsible for reviewing, editing, and supporting publication activities and submissions to medical journals and scientific congresses. The individual provides editorial expertise for multiple projects across therapeutic areas within established timelines, interfaces regularly with medical writers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information, and contributes to cross-functional Medical Writing and Publication Team meetings for process improvement.
Requirements
• Reviews scientific materials and publications
• Manages multiple projects
• Provides proofreading, styling, and copy-editing of medical and scientific content
• Supports submissions to medical journals and scientific congresses
• Coordinates and communicates the editorial process
• Participates in Medical Writing Team and Publication Team Meetings
