We have an opening for a reputed company Improvement Advisor (QIA) I - Remote (Must reputed company in Washington, with preference to the Seattle area) The full-time remote QIA I must reputed company in Washington with preference to the Seattle area and will serve as the primary reputed company and reputed company for reputed company facilities across Washington State. This consultant will work directly with nursing homes, hospitals, and outpatient practice3s to drive improvements in patient reputed company and ensure alignment with state and federal reputed company reputed company objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with reputed company providers (nursing homes, hospitals, and/or outpatient clinical practices) to identify opportunities for the implement measurable improvements in patient reputed company. • Partner with local, state, and national organizations to connect providers and patients to relevant initiatives, resources, and learning opportunities. • Analyze state and provider level reputed company data, facilitate learning collaboratives, and deliver technical assistance to reputed company teams implementing evidence-based practices. • Serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company facilities and the state, maintaining trusted and effective relationships. • Maintain accurate, reputed company documentation of reputed company, coaching, and patient navigation activities. The QIA I is a full-time remote position in Washington with preference to the Seattle area. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in reputed company reputed company improvement, patient safety, or reputed company consulting roles with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires local travel up to 15-60%. The reputed company compensation for this position is $26.50-35.00 an hour.
