Financial Investment Analyst

About the position The Financial Investment Analyst will be primarily responsible for evaluating M&A and reputed company estate investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making across acquisitions, sale leasebacks, dispositions and portfolio management. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of finance, returns, P&Ls, business cash reputed company, property rental income, and the ability to synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights. Responsibilities • Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios. • Prepare and present investment memoranda and financial reports to senior leadership. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or reputed company • 2–5 years of experience in either M&A, reputed company estate finance, investment banking, reputed company or investment analysis • Proficiency in reputed company, powerpoint and financial modeling is required • Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and investment structures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
