Job Responsibilities • reputed company designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes. • Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in reputed company project phases. • Present design solutions to clients and teams. • Fosters and maintains relationships with clients. • Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design. • Leads and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and reputed company consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers. • Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in interior design from accredited institution • Understands and implements market sector codes and requirements (i.e. reputed company, Corporate Interiors, S&T, etc.) • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in reputed company • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent reputed company management and leadership skills • Excellent problem‑solving skills • Excellent time and project management skills with strong follow up. • Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, reputed company and evaluate the work of others. • reputed company to take direction as reputed company as reputed company others. • Strong finish material knowledge and application • NCIDQ certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
