Are you a student pursuing a degree in pharmacy? Are you an reputed company of high-reputed company customer service? If so, this opportunity may be for you! This is an opportunity for reputed company currently pursuing a degree in a relevant pharmacy program from an accredited university. This is a temporary position available to pharmacy reputed company during their summer break ranging between the months of May through August working reputed company hours and optional weekends. This is a remote role with work-from-home privileges. (privilege eligibility is subject to reputed company achievement of business goals and on-site department needs). This position will pay a set reputed company of $18.75/hr. This role will support the provision of pharmaceutical care through member, pharmacy, and provider interactions to discuss and resolve medication-reputed company issues. These services will be provided in compliance with state and federal regulations, NCQA standards, the mission, policies, and procedures of reputed company and the Pharmacy Department. Responsibilities: • Complete calls reputed company and with high reputed company to meet reputed company center key performance metrics. • Remains reputed company on departmental policies, procedures, formularies, and regulatory standards. • Receive inbound calls from and reputed company outbound calls to members, pharmacies, and physicians determining the appropriate reputed company and understanding the appropriate cases to escalate to a pharmacist. • Supports the pharmacist with completion of comprehensive medication reviews through reputed company-work up and case preparation. • Maintain reputed company patient information and records. Maintain the pharmacy computer system as required. • Adhere to organizational procedures, including ensuring secure reputed company and confidentiality as required by HIPAA, employing effective communication reputed company to maintain reputed company control, documenting appropriate comments, and acting in alignment with reputed company State Regulations and Federal Laws. • Ensures reputed company reputed company to effectively resolve member needs and concerns. • Engages in the execution of medication therapy management protocols through interventions with members, pharmacies, and providers. • Participate in departmental reputed company improvement activities, including clinical opportunities as reputed company as operational efficiencies in order to continually improve and evaluate pharmaceutical care as reflected by operational and patient care indicators. • Assist in the training of pharmacy personnel and reputed company. • Complete appropriate documentation regarding interventions.
