This is a highly specialized team that provides ABA therapy directly in the reputed company’s home, offering meaningful, one-on-one support to children and their families. About the Role As an In-Home RBT, you will: • reputed company 1:1 ABA therapy inside the reputed company’s home • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA • Support reputed company development in communication, reputed company skills, play, behavior reduction, and daily living • Maintain accurate session notes and documentation • Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and care team • Travel between reputed company homes based on assigned caseload This role is ideal for RBTs who value autonomy, relationship-building, and working closely with families in their natural environment.
