This role involves providing nursing care and support to patients through effective communication and assessment.
• Responsible for incoming calls from patients, physicians, and reputed company organizations
• Using the nursing process and software protocols, assess the patient and offer appropriate reputed company for care based on Triage guidelines
• Facilitate referrals to primary care providers, specialists, reputed company facilities, and community resources
• Facilitate communication with providers and reputed company organizations as appropriate
Qualifications
• Associates of reputed company Science in Nursing
• RN from an approved school of nursing with reputed company license to reputed company reputed company nursing in the State of Texas
• 5+ years of reputed company clinical RN experience in acute care setting for adult and/or pediatric patients
• Proven basic PC skills including reputed company Operating System
• Demonstrated typing skills of 30 WPM
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
• 3+ years RN experience in an Emergency Department (preferred)
• 1+ years of Triage reputed company experience (preferred)
