This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe This is a remote position. Currently, we are looking for a SEO/SEA Specialists for our key client, a Berlin-based social-first marketing agency.The agency specializes in creating authentic, premium-looking content that performs strongly across social platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video, campaign creatives, and performance-driven content. This role is designed as general marketing and performance support across multiple client projects. You’ll step in where needed across SEO and paid advertising initiatives, working on campaigns that vary in industry and style but share the same goal: delivering consistent, high-quality results and reliable collaboration with the team. You’ll work closely with the core team and other specialists depending on the project. Sometimes you may be the primary person responsible for SEO/SEA on a project, while other times you’ll collaborate with designers, editors, and other marketing specialists. There will always be a clear point of contact for priorities, feedback, and alignment. Your Duties: As a SEO/SEA Specialist, you will be responsible for: ​ • Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for clients and internal projects. • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for SEA campaigns. • Monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies, and maximizing ROAS. • Creating and optimizing website content for SEO and GEO, including blog posts, landing pages, and metadata. • Performing on-page and technical SEO audits and implementing improvements. • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and ad efficiency. • Developing and refining SEO and paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budgets. • Collaborating with content and design teams to ensure assets support performance goals. • Staying up to date with Google algorithm updates, advertising platform changes, and industry best practices. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and/or SEA (Google Ads), ideally in an agency environment. • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max). • Solid understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research. • Experience creating and optimizing SEO-driven content (blog posts, landing pages, website copy). • Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and adapting content strategies for AI-driven search is a plus. • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. • Good understanding of local SEO strategies, especially for Berlin-based or German businesses. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a strong plus. • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign results and SEO improvements is required.
