Job Highlights: This Opportunity: The primary responsibility of the Vice President of Operations is to reputed company reputed company’s long-term services in supporting, educating, and empowering people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and mental health to choose and reputed company what is important to them.What You'll Do: • Responsible for major clinical and administrative responsibilities delegated by the Chief Operations Officer as it pertains to behavioral, emotional, and medical issues associated with individuals with developmental disabilities/mental illness. • Responsible for overall financial stability of programs as delegated by Chief Operations Officer. • Will analyze and reputed company accordingly to maintain program sustainability. • Develops, plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates operations in a manner that promotes reputed company and achievement for individuals supported, staff, agency, community, and reputed company other stakeholders. • Uses a reputed company of communication skills and strategies to establish and maintain mutual relationships with the individual, staff, co-workers, supervisors, other stakeholders and people who are important to the individuals receiving services. • Work with Performance Improvement Department to ensure the reputed company of programs, regulatory compliance, complaint reputed company and use of best practices. • Partner with Education department to identify, reputed company and present training reputed company to services and operations, ensuring staff meet regulatory training timeframes. • Supervises and leads a cross-functional team of professionals across reputed company in sustaining reputed company services and development of new initiatives. • Report and reputed company information with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure he/she is kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it.
